Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chinese-Speaking Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team at Driven Properties. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for cultivating relationships and driving B2B partnerships with Chinese-speaking agencies, and industry stakeholders interested in real estate opportunities in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target Chinese-speaking companies and partners interested in B2B partnerships in Dubai real estate market.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to generate leads, build relationships, and drive B2B sales revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas of growth within the Chinese market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investment firms, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote Driven Properties and establish our presence within the Chinese-speaking community.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to develop tailored strategies and marketing materials targeting the Chinese market.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and support to Chinese-speaking B2B partners throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to contact negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor and track B2B sales performance metrics, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay informed about developments in the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment, as well as trends and preferences within the Chinese-speaking community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles, with a focus on B2B partnerships within the Chinese market.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English languages, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese culture, business practices, and market dynamics, particularly as they relate to real estate investments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with B2B clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
  • At least two years experience in the Dubai real estate market is essential.
