Key Responsibilities:- Decorate and finish chocolates using various techniques, including piping, hand-dipping, and molding.
Ensure consistency and quality in the appearance of finished chocolates according to established standards.- Collaborate closely with chocolatiers and production team members to meet daily production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately documenting materials used and ensuring proper stock levels.
Contribute to new product development by providing insights and ideas for innovative chocolate designs and decorations.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in chocolate decoration and confectionery arts preferred.- Demonstrated artistic ability and attention to detail.
Knowledge of chocolate tempering techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
