As a Customer / Payer Inquiries Team Member, you will be responsible for reviewing patient prescriptions, implementing medication changes, and maintaining effective communication with insurance companies. Your attention to detail, investigative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be crucial to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review patient prescriptions based on information received from insurance companies.
- Implement medication change requests for patients.
- Communicate with payers to review patient requests and obtain feedback from insurance companies
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
- 2 years of experience in chain pharmacies
- Strong investigation skills to ensure precise prescription processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with online systems used by insurance companies.
- Commitment to the agreed SLA.
