The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of local laws and regulations set by the Abu Dhabi Municipality. Proficiency in creating both 2D and 3D designs is essential.
Interpret and implement design concepts based on Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations.- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for various civil and architectural projects.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to meet project requirements.
Upload designs and project submissions on the local government portal, Tamm.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.- Proven experience as a draftsman in Abu Dhabi or similar regions.
Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
- Familiarity with local building laws and regulations.
