-Creates Bill of quantities as per specific job requirements

-Developer and Authorities application of approval for modification works including ---preparation of shop drawings, Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Project Estimated Timeline, Scope of works and other documents as needed

-Client coordination regarding the modification job requirement

-Quantity estimation

-Dubai Municipality G+1 license
