Civil Engineer having company Constructional and Project Management experience:
Immediate joiners preferred.- Established track record of working in the Civil and Construction sector as an engineer or project manager handling operations of the company.
Ability to solve problems using engineering concepts and modeling software.- Eager to work in a variety of setups that include on-site and in-office activities.
Strong command of creating clear, concise, and technically accurate project reports.
- Should have knowledge in working on AutoCAD- 2D and skill set in reading the drawings properly for doing quantity take off., site survey and preparing BOQ/ quotations.
Must have worked at Interior project sites to understand Project, Procurement planning, Project scheduling, Site / Project Engineering & Supervision, Records upkeep etc.- Good command of managing different aspects of an ongoing construction project with a knack for motivating the workforce effectively.
Bachelor's degree in the field of Civil Engineering.
- Should have UAE experience minimum of 10-15 years.
Good communication and Negotiation skills- Oral & Written.- Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships with all the stake holders/ Office staff / workers/ sub-contractors & suppliers.
