Missions/Main Duties
- Lead and monitor the team for optimized performance in a time manner.
- Participate in the annual preventative and corrective plan.
- Prepare drawings, specifications and assays for small businesses and business renovations sites.
- Work, coordinate and monitor the work between the contractor in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
- Will be in-charge for supervision of station construction works.
- Will report to section Construction Manager.
- Will lead and manage the station supervision team to fulfil with the General Consultant scope of work.
- Will attend the site meetings.
- Will prepare the required Daily and Weekly reports.
- Review the shop drawings and liaise with SYSTRA technical team if necessary.
- Will be in charge of the site interface between different disciples.
- Prepare the presentation documents for project and explain the various stages of the job to the client.
- Manage & follow up all inhouse renovation tasks.
- Manage and monitor civil inhouse staff utilization.
- Prepare the quantity strategic stock for the civil work.
Profile/Skills
- Bachelor's degree of Civil Engineering.
- 15+ of years of experience.
- Preferred railway experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Command of English.
