We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a background in fitout projects. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing fitout projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for fitout projects, both internally and externally.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to financial constraints
- Site Supervision and Coordination:
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.- Collaborate with the site supervisor to resolve any site-related issues promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience
- Salary Range 3000-4200
