Job duties and responsibilities- Capable of monitoring and managing a team to ensure that the operations flow smoothly according to plan.
Able to coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans while also producing schedules and monitoring attendance of workers.- Competent in resolving issues when they arise between workers and teams.
Meeting with supervisors, project engineers, and clients to provide updates and progress on the project frequently and discuss any changes made to the original plans as requested.
- Ensuring that team members follow all safety rules and procedures while also wearing the necessary PPE during work hours.
Guaranteeing all safety precautions and quality standards are met while also supervising the use of machinery and equipment by workers.- Ensuring that all government and local policies and regulations are being followed and met during the project.
Supervising and training workers and tradespeople as required.
- Ensuring that the manpower and resources needed for the project are adequate and helping management keep track of the expenditure and ensure that it remains within budget.
- Job qualifications/requirements
2 2 ½ years of experience working as a civil foreman in any GCC country within the oil and gas industry.
- Diploma or professional qualification in engineering or civil engineering.
Work location Onshore.
- Workdays & hours 6 days/week & 10 hours a day.

Air tickets upon completion of each year Provided by Company.
- Visa status Single Status.
