Civil Inspector

Work Inspection Report (WIR) and Material Inspection request (MIR) related to Civil, Structural, and Finishes, including snag and de-snag inspection - s.Review Engineering submissions like shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, etc. related to Structural, civil and finishes work
- s.Assist RE in assessing the Payment applications and variation
- s.Inspect the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with contract Document approved shop drawings and Authority requirement
- s.Inspection of all horizontal and vertical structural components of the projec
- t.Take progress photographs for inclusion in monthly reports and for power doc
- s.Check the quality of works at the site and highlight any quality issues to RE. Preparer Site Inductions(SI) and NCR & issue to RE for review and signature for issuance to Contracto
- r.Attend and check material tests on-site and off-site and review repo
- rtEnsure for implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan at the sit
- e.Ensure the works are progressing as per the approved shop drawing, and materials and in line with Local authorities guideline
- s.Observe and inspect site safety practices and the progress of the work, reporting on any concerns to the Resident Enginee
- r.Perform other duties as required by RE or Head of Supervisio
- n.Assist Project RE in snagging & De snagging and checking of all Closeout document
- s.Familiar with the latest drafting & computer-aided & design software, standard symbols, and nomenclature to his/her work disciplin
- e.Capable of handling different projects in the same time and in different Emirate

Qualification/Experien
c
e: Education: Diploma Civil Engineering/BTEC
/BEExperience wise must have 7-9 years of experience, 5 years in
UAEA valid Driving License is mandato
