Job Description:- As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring adherence to them.
Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Managing project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly.- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Preparing and presenting progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
(3 Years).
Strong understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
