Key Responsibilities:- Managing and supervising construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and regulations.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and resolve any issues that arise during construction.- Conducting site visits to monitor progress, inspect workmanship, and identify potential problems or safety hazards.
Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and material quantities.- Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality control measures to minimize risks and ensure project success.
- Resolving conflicts and addressing issues that arise during construction, including changes in scope or unforeseen challenges.
Communicating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and government officials, to provide updates and address concerns.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on landscaping projects in Dubai.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of Dubais construction regulations and standards.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Valid UAE drivers license is preferred.*
