Your new role, what's involved
- Manage and oversee all civil engineering activities on site related to Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) projects.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise site preparation, foundation construction, structural works, and infrastructure development.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Address technical queries and provide solutions to any civil engineering challenges encountered during construction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and mitigate risks.
- Prepare regular progress reports and documentation for project milestones.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience 8 in civil engineering roles with a focus on Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards applicable to CCGT projects.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in civil engineering design and project management.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices in CCGT projects.
