Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in the Gulf job market context and be able to oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and monitoring progress.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all aspects of construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations
- Review and approve project designs and plans
- Identify and resolve project issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide guidance and support to project team members
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
