Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret detailed project plans and specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive tender submissions.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to gather necessary information.
- Estimate the cost, materials, and labor required for each project.
- Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
- Monitor and report on the status of ongoing tenders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and tendering.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in tender preparation.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
