Responsibilities
Plan, design, and manage civil utility projects, including water supply, wastewater, and drainage systems.
Create and review technical specifications, drawings, and project cost estimates.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and utility companies to ensure seamless project delivery.
Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Perform inspections and tests to verify the quality and functionality of utility installations.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Prepare progress reports, site diaries, and other project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Civil Utilities Engineer, with a focus on water supply, wastewater, and drainage systems.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as utility systems.
Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD and hydraulic modeling software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and codes related to civil utility projects.
