• Cleaner

Were currently looking for Cleaner to join our team at Binghatti Holdings.

As a Cleaner youll be responsible for cleaning the premises, which includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, ensuring the premises cleanliness is conducted to the highest standard.

Removing garbage, dirty and any spillages which may occur.

• Role responsibilities

In this role youll be required to carryout the following:

· cleaning, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

· Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

· Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

· Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

· Make adjustments and minor repairs

· Stock and maintain supply rooms

· Cooperate with the rest of the staff

· Follow all health and safety regulations

• Candidate specifications:

The ideal candidate must acquire the following:

· Proven working experience as a Cleaner

· Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

· Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

· Has decision making skills and can use their initiative to resolve problems

· Must have obtained a high school degree

· Is willing to work 6 days a week.
