Cleaner

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join their team. This position involves providing high-quality cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. You will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization, ensuring client satisfaction and upholding our client's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Duties: Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface disinfecting in residential and commercial spaces.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure all waste is disposed of properly.
• Surface Care: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas, paying attention to detail and ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Equipment Maintenance: Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, using cleaning chemicals responsibly and safely.
• Client Interaction: Engage professionally with clients on-site, ensuring their cleaning needs are met and addressing any special requests.
• Stocking Supplies: Refill cleaning supplies as needed and notify management when supplies are low.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to cleaning, with a focus on thoroughness and high standards.
• Time Management: Ability to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
• Physical Fitness: The role requires physical stamina, as tasks may include standing for long periods, lifting, and moving equipment.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients and take directions from supervisors.
