Job Summary:A Bag cleaning & restoration technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the Bag, ensuring they look their best and are in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Bag Cleaning:Clean and remove dirt, dust, scuff marks, stains, and other imperfections from various types of bags, including leather, suede, canvas, and fabric.

Bag Polishing:Polish leather and other materials to restore shine and luster. Apply appropriate polishes, creams, and waxes.

Material Expertise:Understand the different types of Bag materials and their specific cleaning and care requirements. Use suitable cleaning products and techniques for each material.

Repair Services:Provide repair services, such as re-gluing, fixing loose stitching, or replacing laces and zips.

Equipment Maintenance:Maintain and clean all equipment, including brushes, polishers, and other tools used in the cleaning process.

Organization:Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring that shoes are correctly labeled and stored.

Record-keeping:Maintain records of the services provided to customers, such as the type of bags cleaned, repair work done, and any special customer requests.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of various shoe and bag materials and their care requirements.

Minimum 1 year Experience in bag cleaning, polishing, and basic repair techniques.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Physical stamina, as the job may involve long periods of standing and physical labor.

Ability to use and maintain shoe cleaning equipment.
