You will supervise a team of cleaners ensuring that the cleaners carry out cleaning jobs to meet client requirements.- You will carry out cleaning spot checks at client premises.
You will train new cleaners on work procedures, use of cleaning equipment and also brief them on worksite safety.
- You will ensure that all cleaning equipment and machinery is well maintained and safe to use.
You will be responsible for monitoring cleaning material use and to inform the Operations team when cleaning material stocks are running low.- You will also manage all client queries and feedback.
You will report to the Operations Manager, and be required to provide cleaning relief cover as needed.
- You must be physically fit.
