Job Description

As a Client Advisor, you will ensure that our client service expectations are exceeded. By embodying the essence of the brand through engaging storytelling and highlighting our product categories with your detailed knowledge, you will communicate the brand's ethos to deliver the utmost level of personalized client experience. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in introducing and developing the brand in the local market.

This role will enable you to coordinate and support the effective management of the shop floor, as well as learn and grow in an environment surrounded by professionals with high determination and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients in an engaging manner to provide a memorable experience.
• Master and convey our brand ethos.
• Highlight our product categories through extensive knowledge of fabric, techniques, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain products and displays in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, both front and back of house.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including THIL's standards for grooming and behavior.
• Promote the THIL ethos with your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Prior luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in Italian or French is an advantage.
• A deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic in style and approach.
• Effective communication skills.
• Results-driven with a commercial mindset, while maintaining a team player attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
