We are seeking an exceptional Client and Candidate Relationship Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Provide onboarding messages to new clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Deliver updates to over 100 clients daily across various communication channels.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, clarifying processes and resolving objections.
- Follow up proactively with clients to ensure completion of required tasks or provision of essential information.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, fostering long-term loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress within the CRM system.
- Respond efficiently to job opportunities, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups.
- Track ongoing applications, interviews, and outcomes to maintain comprehensive oversight.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client or candidate concerns.
- Monitor metrics related to client satisfaction, candidate progress, and service performance.
Key Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of remote experience in high-volume customer service, account management, or client relations.
- Experience in recruitment, HR processes, and talent acquisition is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle over 100 client interactions daily with speed and accuracy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Outstanding multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
- Technologically proficient and adaptable to new tools and software.
- Skilled in problem-solving, delivering quick and effective resolutions to client concerns.
