We're currently recruiting for a
Client Director as part of the growth of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of services across brand and performance media, SEO, and strategy, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Manage the entire client journey from briefing to Post Campaign Analysis (PCA), taking accountability for work quality, client satisfaction, and agency output
- Represent Assembly effectively within cross-functional inter-agency teams to ensure aligned strategy and execution
- Advocate for the client's needs within the agency, orchestrating smooth and integrated project delivery
- Identify and promote opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling agency and network services
- Contribute to the agency's client communication initiatives to strengthen client relationships and foster engagement
- Focus on achieving high levels of client satisfaction, cultivating a motivated and productive team, and driving profitable account growth
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B and Account-Based Marketing (ABM); knowledge of logistics and B2G (Business-to-Government) sectors is a plus
- Broad understanding of global media landscapes, including both online and offline channels
- Strong interest in geopolitical trends and their impact on the business landscape
- Over 5 years of client service experience in a media agency setting
- Must be an Arabic speaker
