Position Purpose:
She/he will support all Sephora KSA Retail Education projects and promote and embody Sephora Attitude in training and on the shop floor. Must have a strong focus on omni-channel and client experience and development of all retail employees career & development path.
Able to support category training in your region (when needed) and Sephorizing our Brand Bas, as well as sharing knowledge on our Sephora Collection Brand.
This role will be based at Sephora University. The role will require to do stores visits (80% of time and to travel to other cities within KSA).
Key Accountabilities:
In-store Training
- In charge of Onboarding for all new joiners organizing and delivering 1-day welcoming training, On-boarding training, and coaching/development at store level.
- Daily store visit each Coach to cover 100% stores on quarterly basis (monthly basis for flagship stores and top 10 KSA stores) or when business requires it.
- Follow up for all Retail topics (Sephora Attitude, SBP, Happy App, CRM, cross selling, Love Meter, Mystery Shopper, etc.).
- Support Training Specialist on coaching and following up on Omnichannel education initiatives (Click & Collect, Ship from Store, Sephora Attitude Omnichannel, Sephora App, etc.).
- Align with Area Managers/Supervisors on priority stores and business needs focus.
- Assess store teams on performance at least 1 time/year or if business requires it.
- Strong focus and follow up on both KCP (Ramadan & Festive) & thematic animation trainings.
- Follow up on knowledge after training attendance (for all Retail trainings/Induction/Sephora collection).
- Support knowledge and training at store level for all Sephora Collection new launches, core products and animations.
Training delivery
- In charge of delivery On-boarding training and support delivery on other Retail topics.
In charge of Brand BA training delivery and training logistics.
Coaching & Support
- Follow up and coaching of new joiners (in-store and digital).
- Follow up and coaching on Sephora Collection in store training/follow up.
- Follow up on Brand Bas training attendance and work with Store Manager to schedule training attendance.
- On the floor coaching, assessment & feedback (for all Retail trainings).
- Visit flagship doors on bi-weekly basis, meeting with Store leaders to align and assess needs.
- Support Digital Learning Platform engagement and participation.
Skills, Experience and Personality
- The successful candidate is a passionate Sephoran, with minimum 2 years experience, working on the shop floor.
- Strong retail understanding, expertise in beauty, passion to deliver outstanding client experience, ability to deliver training and coach retail team is a must.
- Experience in managing and delivering training is a plus.
- Candidate should be fluent in Arabic and good in English.
- The ideal candidate will have good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to give and receive feedback.
- Passion for people with the ability to think creatively and are self-motivated to work independently.
- It is key that they have fully understand the business needs and adapt to the requirements and work with the different departments of Sephora Middle East HQ, high level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation.
