Job Responsibilities
- Having experience in the field of the industrial Sector.
- Supervising the follow-up of all requests in the system (such as exit and return, final exit), etc.
- Supervising the follow-up of residency renewal in the system and preventing any worker from being alerted by the labor office.
- Verifying and following up on the documentation of employment contracts on government platforms.
- Completing sales operations and achieving the required sales percentage.
- Ensuring growth with customers and improving customer satisfaction.
- Good experience and skills in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Resolving all labor complaints received from the call center.
- Supervising the collection of all workers wishes for renewal and non-renewal before the expiry of their contracts and submitting them to the system.
- Visiting clients workers to convince them to change their desire to continue working and renew their contracts.
- Supervising the delivery of documents such as tickets and others to workers.
- Marketing and promotion skills and the ability to persuade customers.
- Negotiation skill with the client.
- Ensure the follow-up and archiving of documents (residence - ATM).
- Supervising the timely resolution of all worker strikes and visiting them when needed.
- Make regular visits to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensure responsiveness to customers and pay close attention to their communications.
- Follow up on customers financial claims and motivate them to pay the company's dues.
Job Specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 3+ years experience.
