The Client Manager role
Client Managers at Interbrand are great communicators and passionate collaborators, with drive and attention to detail. They help manage and support our key accounts/ projects and have a strong commercial understanding of budget management linked to deliverables and resource. They enjoy problem solving, bringing teams together, managing them, and identifying potential issues before they happen. By doing this, they become indispensable to us and our clients, contribute to our culture and help ensure Interbrand remains one-step ahead.
Responsibilities
- Primary support for Senior Client Managers/ Client Directors
- Point person for day-to-day tasks and projects - create and maintain clear lines of communication with Clients and internal teams
- Work closely with the Strategy lead on nurturing, developing and presenting strategic content to senior client members and act as an extension of the strategy team in charge of a client or project account
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative and Finance teams and also with partners
- Keep a beady eye on the brand world, stay up to date with the businesses we work with as well their competitors to help them change the conversation
- Create presentations people will remember
- Create and present thought leadership and client work at internal meetings
- Ensure work is produced on time, to brief, on budget and to required profit margins
- Review weekly timesheet/ financial reports to ensure projects are on budget
- Prepare and take responsibility for project billing each month, partnering with Client Directors and Finance
- Create and manage project budgets, timing plans, clear and concise contact reports, statuses etc.
- Collate all project-relevant documents and information into the relevant file on the server for team access
- Give support on proposal and cost estimates
Your Profile
- A true multitasker striving at handling multiple things at once while still thinking them through deeply

- Able to simplify complex tasks into actionable activities, linked to timings
- Adding experiences (5-7 years)in project management, branding, and consulting to our team (preferably in an agency/consultancy setting)
- Compelling communicator both verbally and written
- Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and accountability
- Graduate or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experienced in Client Management, ideally within a creative agency environment.
- Proficient in relevant IT software and systems (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Have a strong desire for developing strategic brand management know how and expertise through active involvement with Interbrand peers and Interbrand's methodology and thought leadership
