Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Onboarding Coordinator at Shababeek Center located in Wadi Al-Seer. The Client Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for tasks related to onboarding clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining communication with clients, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Responding to inquiries from potential new clients to answer any questions they may have and encourage them to sign up with our program via e-mail/phone/WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram or for walk-in inquiries.
- Confidently explain our program and distinctives to anyone interested.
- Coordinating onboarding processes for new clients (such as payments, payment requests, receipts, collecting the terms of service, scheduling level placements, arranging schedules, welcoming upon arrival)
- Arranging and following up on level placements for new or returning clients.
- Continuously updating data entry processes for new and returning clients.
- Communication with the management team to inform the team of any new clients or groups that are forming.
- Monitoring the layout sheet to stay aware of any available session slots that can be filled and assigning new clients schedules according to availability.
- Managing the customer WhatsApp group and updating the social media groups to promote claases that are forming and sending notes through social media applications about activities the company undertakes, important events, announcements, new client socials parties, etc.
- Send personal messages at the end of a participants time with us to make sure they understand all their options for continuing with us, gather feedback and thank them for choosing Shababeek.
- Administer orientations new clients.
- Follow up with new clients to ensure everything is going well once they have begun.

- Self-directed, able to work independently
- Able to grasp concepts quickly and communicate clearly and concisely
- Willingness to be located most of the year on location in Jordan
- Possess organizational skills to create systems and track data.
- Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written professional skills
- Intermediate level of spoken Arabic and basic reading ability
