Job Description

As part of our commitment to Vision 2030, we are seeking Saudi nationals to join our team. The Commercial discipline is responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and providing industry subject matter expertise and advisory to both clients and internal teams. This strategic and consultative team creates meaningful relationships with clients through their combined knowledge of IT services and industry trends and pain points. Members include business development staff of all levels, client partners, alliances and partnerships managers, industry advisors, and operational leads.

The Client Partner role at Endava is a senior leader within the Commercial organisation. They own the relationship with the client and the delivery organisation, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables. This role is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, achieving significant revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. The Client Partner plays a critical role in maintaining and expanding these relationships through exceptional client experiences, continuous improvement, exemplary service delivery, and strategic foresight.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business environment, challenges, and goals, along with comprehensive knowledge of their industry.
  • Foster a partnership with clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring their business needs are met through our services.


Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Actively manage and grow client portfolios through relationship-building and opportunity identification.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and present tailored solutions that address client challenges in line with the go-to-market strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective account management and business development strategies.


Project Oversight & Delivery:

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure effective governance and risk management controls.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and client satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure that all client deliverables meet or exceed expectations and maintain a high level of quality.


Commercial Management & Contract Negotiations:

  • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Negotiate Master Services Agreements and Work Packages.
  • Manage client budgets, ensuring that financial objectives are met.
  • Oversee financial management, P&L control, and accountability.
  • Conduct revenue and profit forecasting.


Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop long-term strategic plans that align with their business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on emerging technologies and industry trends that can benefit the client's business.


Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Industry Advisors, and Delivery, to ensure client needs are understood and met.
  • Act as the client's advocate within the company, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are prioritized.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Analyse account metrics and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications


  • Preference will be given to Saudi nationals in line with nationalization goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a related role within the IT services industry.
  • Knowledge of the MENA Financial Services landscape
  • Expertise in Banking and Capital Markets.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align solutions with client business goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is required for this role.
