Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Client Relations Coordinator at Zod Security in Dbayeh.

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• managing client relationships
• answering and transferring incoming calls
• replying to client emails and social media messages
• providing excellent customer service
• assisting with organization and project management
• ensuring client satisfaction

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and coordinate with our team to deliver effective solutions.
