Job Description
1. Position Summary: (What is the general overview of this job)
Manages high-risk contracts and develops related procurement and contract documentation. Actively monitors and evaluates contract performance against various metrics and devises appropriate strategies to enhance outcomes. Leverages expertise to advise on solutions to complex procurement and contract issues. Consults across senior levels of government agencies, industry and the community, and maintains positive and effective stakeholder relationships.
2. Responsibilities And Roles:
A: Essential Functions: [Describe and group the primary duties of the position]
Act as primary customer contact for the duration of each project/agreement from purchase order receipt through commissioning; resolve specification issues.
Handle correspondence with end users and proponent.
Provide periodic updates, arrange and attend meetings with different departments.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Following up to collect accounts receivables and closing out projects.
Develop and maintain operational schedules and critical control points through collaboration across all functions on major milestones and task completion dates.
Provide daily engagement. Leadership and direction to other functions within the operational team to ensure an alignment on project goals and deliverables for project success.
Implement continuous improvement for processes impacting the organization by developing and suggesting enhancements while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
Monitor progress closely to update key stakeholders including identification and timely communication of risks to management teams.
Influence decision-making and problem-solving across cross-functional teams to develop an inclusive win-win solution for the customer and the organization.
Understand key supply chain and operational processes with a strong background in PPE's.

Strong presentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
