Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate on service improvements.
- Provide clients with updates on project progress and milestones.
- Assist in creating and delivering presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
