Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain project excellence.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and timelines.
- Assist in client onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the client experience and improving processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in real estate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
