Job Description

Job Purpose: Build a strong business relationship with the customers and achieve the cross-selling targets of the VIP segment with the objective of maximizing the bank's profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building a strong relationship with the customers in the portfolio via regular calls and meetings to achieve high levels of trust, loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Attend to customer needs whenever they arise, solve problems and complaints.
  • Responsible for the welfare of the customers and the bank by offering a total financial solution that satisfies the customers needs as well as non financial solutions and services.
  • Achieve high penetration rate for customers in the portfolio and achieve the cross-selling targets assigned to maximize bank profitability.
  • Sourcing new business and getting new to bank customers.
  • Have full awareness of the range of VIP product proposition for all customer tranches to be competent in discussing and offering to customers.
  • Prepare monthly sales plan in coordination with the branch manager and VIP sales manager and give weekly updates on performance and developments.
  • Manage the VIP CSO in the branch daily work and follow-up process to ensure customer transactions are being handled with high quality standards and speed.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of client relationship experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
