Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. This role requires regular interaction with clients, both in-person at the New Cairo location and through remote work. The Client Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.

• Proven experience in client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
