Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions from initial inquiry to project completion. This role involves answering leads, sending quotations, visiting potential clients, assigning projects to the design and development team, and communicating progress and revisions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Respond to client inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Client Meetings: Visit potential clients to discuss project requirements and establish strong relationships.
- Project Coordination: Assign projects to designers and developers, ensuring clear communication of client expectations and deadlines.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, handling revisions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Review project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards.
- Problem Solving: Address any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in client management, sales, or a related role within the design or digital marketing industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of design and development processes and tools.
