An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Manager within our client s
Securities Services Middle East team, based Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This integral
role is within The Client Services Management team, part of the global Client Development
team that is responsible for all client management related activities (ie sales, client
relationship management and client satisfaction) for the Securities Services business The
successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing a global service model and
upholding a consistent, high-quality client experience across the board. This role is open to
Saudi Nationals specifically.
As a Client Services Manager, you will oversee service delivery to align with established
service level agreements, conducting regular reviews to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
This role involves proactive management of client queries and issues, maintaining robust
communication, and fostering strong relationships with third-party asset managers. A key
part of your responsibility will be to monitor and optimize all client touch-points within the
organization, ensuring a seamless and superior client experience.
The ideal candidate will champion a client-focused approach, leading by example in service
excellence. You will work collaboratively with various teams, both locally and globally, to
oversee client service activities and ensure consistent client satisfaction. This position is an
