Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
Lead account teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with clients business objectives
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive results and meet client KPIs
Monitor campaign performance and analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as creative, social media, web design ,developer and SEO) to ensure integrated marketing solutions
Manage account budgets, forecasts, and profitability, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work on expanding business with upselling and cross-selling strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and deliver value to clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree may be preferred
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in account management or client services within a digital marketing agency or related industry
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully leading account teams and delivering results
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and recommendations
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and project management software
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and driving business growth
