Job Summary:
Blacktape Entertainment Collaboration is seeking an experienced and well-connected Client Sourcing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring an existing database of clients who are ready to host events and be able to expand our portfolio by sourcing and onboarding additional high-value clients. This role is crucial for driving revenue and ensuring the success of our innovative and immersive events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Database Utilization:
- Leverage your existing database of potential clients (corporates, individuals, and institutions) to secure events for Blacktape Entertainment.
- Proactively approach and engage with new clients interested in hosting their events with Blacktape's creative and immersive solutions.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and recommending event solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Proposal & Deal Closure:
- Collaborate with the creative team to design tailored event concepts and proposals for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Market Expansion:
- Continuously identify and target new market segments to expand Blacktape's client base.
- Stay updated on trends in the events and entertainment industry to proactively pitch relevant solutions to clients.
- Event Support & Execution:
- Work closely with the production team to ensure client expectations are met throughout the event lifecycle.
- Ensure client deliverables (branding, logistics, etc.) are seamlessly executed during events.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, contracts, and event deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on client sourcing progress and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Existing database of clients ready to host events (corporates, individuals, or organizations).
- Proven experience in sales, client sourcing, or business development within the events or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Egypt's events and entertainment landscape is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
