The Role
We re looking for great client support specialists to join our growing care team. You have to be very proactive in this role with the ability to solve problems on the spot and think outside the box.
What you will do
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Acknowledging and resolving clients complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Working Conditions
Full-time Contract

Career Path (Insource Vacancy): Ability to apply for internal vacancies within 6 to 9 months.
We are looking for:
Experience in a Client Support or similar role
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using the help desk and support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Patience when handling tough cases
Multi-tasking abilities
