Job description
1. Handling client bookings/ cancellations and rescheduling. Through calls, WhatsApp and social media inquiries.
2. Providing clients with information on services provided and collecting intake data.
3. Client and therapist hospitality, greeting and welcoming clients.
4. Handling payments.
5. Registering payments.
6. Management and organization of client data.
7. Liaison between client, business administrator, therapist and CEO.
8. Management of service staff.
9. Reports to business administrator
Qualifications
1. Good appearance
2. Microsoft office good handling capability
3. Excellent english and arabic
4. Excellent customer service communication skills written/spoken.
5. Ability to handle customer complaints
6. Ability to be flexible and to think quickly and efficiently
7. Openness to learn
Salary: 8-10 depending on qualifications
Time: Saturday-Thursday
2:00 pm- 10:00 pm
