Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals with A minimum of a Master's degree or Ph.D in Psychology to join our team as Online Psychologists.
This is a remote role for a Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological testing, mental health assessments and counseling psychology sessions to clients. The Clinical Psychologist will also be responsible for record keeping and report writing.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Conduct online therapy sessions with clients using our secure video conferencing platform.
- Assess clients mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational background in relevant discipline (Masters or PhD Level)
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting post qualification
- Skilled and experienced with varieties of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Family Systems Therapy, Grieve and Trauma Counselling, etc
- Recognized Board Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
