Role Purpose
Provide technical, educational and clinical support to Health care professionals and patients. Assists sales team to achieve annual number of cases and to gain required market share.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Develop and deploy strategy.
- Implement strategy in region or key account
- Product positioning according to the country (KSA) tailored strategy agreed with supplier.
- New product development
- Providing essential information required to complete Business plan
- Make product launch.
- Develop market intelligence and understand customer preferences
- Provide market intelligence and give recommendations
- To Update about any new market player
- Provide current competitors market activity and their achievements
- Market communication
- Communicate new products, new features and communicate the unique features to the right people at the right time as per communication plan
- Developing the annual sales plan and pricing strategies.
- To train all current customers to be independent in preparing the devices maximum after one year of their start up.
- Coordinate with supplier to make local customer certified
- To provide list of any required support needed by customer in terms of training if not applicable to be provided by clinical specialist e.g CT Courses .etc
- Execute the sales plan ensuring YOY growth, drive team for results and Manage tendering business.
- Support the sales team through education and training for the end users.
- Plan and execute customer visits.
- Provide the annual forecast to DM to enable him do the analysis and to build up the sales plan and pricing strategy
- Manage the team.
- Make training for any new comer who may do clinical
- Manage Compliance
- Conduct promotional activities according to the AHC's Compliance policy
- Manage customer relations, provide training and resolve complains
- Develop strong relationships with end-users, purchasers and KOL. Serving the customers and maintain the satisfaction.
- Completes necessary documentation (e.g. implant registration,), and places order with customer service for pending purchase orders and product replacement.
- Provide and update all end users contact list.
Education & Certifications
Pharmacist, nursing, life sciences student or Biomedical engineering.
Required Years Of Experience
2-5 years Operating room or Cath. Lab.
