Salesperson with experience in leads and CRM
Job description:
At Ares Ignis we are looking for highly motivated and results-oriented online sellers who want to be part of our team. We are looking for individuals with experience in lead management, CRM, sales tracking and closing, as well as the ability to make meaningful connections with customers. We value empathy and the ability to work as a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track leads provided by the company.
- Use CRM tools to manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Close sales efficiently and effectively.
- Meet the sales objectives established by the company.
Conditions:
- Remote work with presence in the office once a week (half a day) for meetings and team collaboration.
- - 15% commissions for each closed sale.
- Knowledge in marketing, graphic design and video editing will be positively valued, although it is not a mandatory requirement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in online sales.
- Skills in lead management and CRM.
- Ability to establish solid relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Goal guidance and sales closing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Empathy and positive attitude.
- Availability for face-to-face meetings once a week.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a rapidly changing environment.
Expected hours: 20 per week
