We are in search of Club General Manager for our Abu Dhabi Club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring operational excellence in Club
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Operations and maintaining high scores through the quarterly Brand Standards Audits
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive new member sales
- Deliver member journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training and Group Exercise Strategies
- Recruit, Develop & Coach team members
- Drive Retention Strategy for the business
- Manage Profit and Loss for the club to deliver key stake holder returns
Qualifications:
- Degree in Sports Management/Sports Science Coaching and Sports Qualifications REPS L2 or L3
- Strong communications skills
- Passion for Fitness and Living the brand
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Great coaching, mentoring and leadership skills
- Extensive fitness industry management experience is a pre requisite to apply!
