Global hotel group with a cluster of 4 5 star hotels in UAE with significant banqueting and outdoor operations
In this role you will be responsible for designing and delivering the strategy related Marketing and sales for the cluster.
You will be responsible to the Cluster GM and be supported by a team of 30 encompassing sales, revenue, PR & marketing
Who We're Looking For
You should currently be working as a DOSM in UAE within a large 5 star property of 350 rooms+ and you will have worked within various S&M functions in the last 8 years, demonstrating a steady career progression and success.
You will be social media savvy with excellent knowledge of the GCC market with a vibrant network that you can quickly tap into.
Brand awareness, brand identity, presentation of product and definitely a completer/ finisher are all key skills for this role.
You must have previous experience of presenting at travel and trade shows and have the ability to influence and negotiate.
An Arabic speaker would be desirable

Basic salary -7500$ per month
Housing allowance - 5000$per month
