Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Implementation
Manages the activities of CNG Operator on the assigned shift duty.
Controls, on shift, the operation of the CNG Plant ensuring the safe operation and reliability of CNG loading under economic conditions.
Balances the operation of equipment to meet supply demand, minimizes risk to equipment and running cost..
Liaises with customers to schedule deliveries of CNG trailers and provide updates to Management on progress, from planning to supply of CNG to existing and new customers
Prepares Product Delivery Notes, maintains records of Operation and Loading / Movement of trailers
Assists Senior Despatcher in Sajaa Gas Plant to consolidate Daily Reports of Sales and billing entries.
Issues Work requests for maintenance / repair works in CNG Plant and remote PRMS units at Customer sites
2. Budgeting
Assists CNG Engineer in preparation of Sales Revenue budget
3. Health & Safety
Implements Work Permit system and prepares work permits for routine and non-routine maintenance/repair work for approval by CNG Engineer or higher authority.
Ensures work is carried out compliance to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures and controls the activities
Ensures the staff and contractors follow life saving rules.
4. Stakeholder Management
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Customers and peers to meet EMARAT's business objectives
5. People Management
Maintain healthy interpersonal relations with Customers, peers and Management
Builds good rapport with other Sections to ensure timely delivery of services to the Customers.
Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings

Qualifications:
Knowledge of gas operations, heavy rotating equipment
Diploma Degree (3 Year)
A minimum of 2 years experience within process operations (Oil/Gas).
Experience in the Oil & Gas Distribution Industry preferred.
