We're a startup focused on creating entertainment experiences for children and their families following an innovative concept. We're located in Dubai with plans to expand to other GCC countries.

Role Description

This full-time role for a Co-founder of a hospitality startup involves running the execution of the concept and the rollout of several locations. The company has received funding and the other founders are seasoned entrepreneurs and operators. The role is based on-site in Dubai and requires strategic decision-making and hands-on involvement in all aspects of the business. Pay package includes a salary as well as a substantial equity participation.
