Key Responsibilities:
- Therapeutic Services:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients needs and treatment goals
- Provide individual and group CBT sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients understand and change negative thought patterns and behaviors
- Treatment Planning and Evaluation:
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients unique circumstances and needs
- Monitor and evaluate clients progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Client Support:
- Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment to facilitate open communication and trust
- Educate clients and their families about CBT principles and techniques to enhance understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Collaboration and Professional Development:

- Stay current with research and best practices in CBT and mental health treatment through ongoing education and training
Requirements
- Master's in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Valid licensure as a mental health professional
- Specialized training and certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
