Maintains operational and technical proficiency in Coiled Tubing and Stimulation services (including N2 services) at the job site to meet customer requirements.
Generating solid technical designs for services to be provided.
Supervises operations to complete well site job assignments.
Ensures completion of service report, ticket and data acquisition for services provided.
Completes, Design Execution and Evaluation cycle for the client on job progress and specific client requests and needs.
Completes shelf training program to gain knowledge and promote company professionalism image and facilitate career development for Engineer Level III.
Attends Pre-job meetings with clients to determine job objectives.
Attends post-job meetings to review job performance.
Attends training, meeting and self-study to stay current on job-related technology and safety requirements.
Conducts safety meetings and audits and attends client/company meetings and drills to ensure that company and client safety objectives are achieved.
Ensures operating personnel are performing their jobs professionally and trains personnel on new technology and products.
Follow the management of change procedure by communicating and getting approval from proper management structure.
