Position Title: Superintendent, Cold Site
Department: Can Recycling Operations
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Providing technical leadership in a particular mining discipline or function (e.g. blasting, roof bolting, etc), with strict adherence to safety and operational regulations, rules and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Education:
- High School Certificate (Maths & Science)
- Recognized competency certificate for specific mining discipline (e.g. Blasting)
- Post-school qualification preferred
Experience:
- 6+ years of practical experience in a specific field (Mining can cold site)

- Strong safety awareness with a safety-first mindset and a valid truck driving license.
- Meets regulatory fitness standards for mining environments.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Expertise in mining operations, raw materials, processes, and quality control.

- Familiarity with Ma'aden's safety regulations and first-aid certified.
